While growing up in his parents’ restaurant, Carlo Pedone discovered his love for bringing people together at the dinner table. Impassioned by creating a joyful experience for people through delicious food, he went on to own and operate his own restaurant for more than thirty years. “I love bringing people together over food,” he said. “It’s been a blessing for me and my family that I get to do what I love.”
