The Mantova Family began their business in 1905 in Broccostella, about 100 km south of Rome.

In the 1990's, after nearly a century of successful growth in producing quality olive oils, pasta, the family redesigned the strategy and focused on expanding its product range in order to include all the essential elements of fine Italian cuisine.

Compagnia Alimentare Italiana, continues the tradition which began over one hundred years ago with a solid organization which has the flexibility of a smaller company and quality and research capacity of a much larger organization.
