History of the company
In 1922, Luisa Spagnoli came up with the
Baci Perugina recipe. She matched well
fragrant cocoa and hazelnuts for a
Center of Gianduia, topped with a whole hazelnut
and covered with their special chocolate,
Luisa dark chocolate. The result was a mini
masterpiece with a rich flavor. Luisa's recipe,
with its simplicity, it struck the perfect balance
between flavor and consistency.
