The taste experts at the Tassoni headquarters have mixed fruit and natural flavors to create this absolute novelty in the world of soft drinks.
PESCAMARA is inspired by the recipe of a typical dessert of the Piedmontese tradition, but which finds numerous variations throughout Italy: stuffed peaches with amaretto. Historically prepared by housewives towards the end of summer, this dessert was made with ripe and juicy seasonal fruits cut in two and then stuffed with macaroons, candied citrus fruits and some spice. The fundamental ingredients of the new drink are the peach juice present at 15%, which highlights the aromatic notes of the fragrant fruit, and a strictly natural aroma extracted from bitter almonds, the key ingredient of macaroons.
The soft orange hue, which characterizes the new soda product, is obtained from plant extracts of black carrot and safflower.
